CPFA Annual Membership Dues are $40. If you are applying as a new member, please note:

• New member membership payments made from January 1 to June 30 are $40 and will renew the following April.
• New member membership payments made from July 1 to December 31 are $20 and will renew the following April.

The form below is for new CPFA members, as well as those seeking to renew their membership, and pay the CPFA membership dues through the secure online payment service provided by PayPal. No PayPal account is necessary to pay online through this service. By selecting to pay online, you may choose to pay with a Debit or Credit card, PayPal account, Venmo, or Google Pay. The option to pay by check is also available for selection. Please note, your membership will not be complete until payment is received.
