Dues are payable in the month of March each year (calendar cycle). Members joining in any other month than March will pay a prorated amount. The prorated amount will reduce by $4 each month after March until January of the next year. Members joining in January or February will pay $40 and not renew until the following March. This equates to 2 months membership for free. The rights of membership shall include voting rights. The rights of membership may be withdrawn from any member who fails to pay his or her dues in a timely manner.
